🚨Personal post alert!

Over the last week and a half my wife and I have been trying to settle our youngest, 7 year old autistic boy in his new school. 🏫

Still mainstream, but a team of awesome Teachers and Learning Assistants who are so inclusive, have made his journey so comfortable. It’s almost too good to be true!

Going from a setting where the square peg had to fit in a round hole, to one that will literally do anything to accommodate. A breath of fresh air.

So why an I posting this? Well, one. I want to share how pleased and proud I am of my son and his new school. 🤗

Two, possibly more relevant for #TalentAcquisition and #People professionals. What do you do, to make sure your companies recruitment, onboarding and induction process are as inclusive as possible?
