And just like that my wagamama journey is over. In that time we’ve delivered:

• A new inploi candidate application flow broadening our attraction mix into social, aggregators and pay per click.
• A new Talos360 #ApplicantTrackingSystem live with already a significant reduction in time to hire.
• The first ever #InternalCareers page and #CandidateOnboarding portal.
• A refreshed #BehaviourAndCompetency framework with new #AssessmentAndSelection materials.
• A refreshed and brand aligned #EmployerBrand including a showcase channel on instagram – @souls of wagamama and finally.
• Increased capacity and capability within the #TalentAcquisition team.
