The road to Recfest 2024 & GMZ insights

In a flash, GMZTAlent reaches 6 months growing through the UK’s recession. Despite 2023’s economic challenges, we’re proud of all we’ve achieved in just half a year of trading. And with optimism rising for 2024, there’s much more UK success ahead.

CultureTrak helps you empower & elevate your employee value proposition & employer brand

130 days until the UK’s biggest talent event – Recfest 2024

On 11 July 2024, over 5,000 UK recruitment and HR professionals will descend on Hertfordshire’s Knebworth Park for Recfest 2024. We’ll be there with customers to network and gain insights from thought leaders like Hung Lee, Chad Sowash and new faces Bertie Jenner & Nerida Rooney across multiple stages. With weather luck like the last two UK years, it will be brilliant!

Elevating UK hospitality management hiring through specialist support

Recently we began working with a rapidly expanding Scandinavian hospitality brand to attract management talent amidst high competition across their central London locations. We’re helping to clearly define their employer value proposition and build a compelling story to recruit the leaders their UK operation requires.

Top tips for winning the hospitality talent war:
– Spotlight your culture. Do candidates genuinely feel the vibe through your careers site and job posts? Get creative showcasing real employee stories.
– Get niche. Target hospitality pros on specialist job boards and social channels uniquely catering to that audience.
– Go mobile. Today’s talent wants bite-sized info and easy apply via smartphone. Prioritise user experience.
– Talk pay. Salary may not lead in hospitality, but discuss perks, bonuses, and growth honestly upfront.
– Be the people company. Highlight development, wellbeing and flexibility offerings that set you apart.
– Take referrals seriously. Nothing convinces top performers like hearing from peers who rave about working there.
